Job Overview:

The Operations Support Specialist supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficient processes, and assisting in the implementation of company policies. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  1. Process Management:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Suggest improvements to optimize operational workflows.
  1. Social Content Posting:
  • Manage content posting across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Management of social media calendar
  1. Project Assistance:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide support in project documentation and reporting.
  1. Data Management:
  • Collect, analyze, and report on operational data.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Generate reports for management review.
  1. Customer Service:
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work-from-home arrangements. However, occasional in-person meetings with the Operations Manager for 1:1 sessions will be required.
